- Warm the milk until it’s lukewarm. Add the yeast and sugar to the milk and mix well.
- In a big bowl, add the flour, egg, salt, and oil.
- Pour the yeast mixture into the bowl and mix everything into a sticky dough.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Serving
- Serve homemade bread warm with butter or jam, or pair it with soups and salads.
Storage
- To store your homemade bread, keep it in a plastic bag at room temperature for a couple of days. For longer storage, freeze it tightly wrapped in foil or a freezer bag.

Notes
Make sure your milk is just warm, not hot, to help the yeast grow. If the dough feels too wet, add more flour; if it's too dry, add a bit of warm water. Don't skip the kneading step for better texture.
