  • 1 ½ cups white sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the salt, vanilla extract, and eggs until fluffy.
  5. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips or sprinkles.
  7. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 9 to 11 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown.
  2. Let cool on wire racks.
