  • 2 cups all-purpose flour Can substitute with whole wheat or gluten-free flour.
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 units eggs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a blender, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and eggs into the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Let it cool before slicing and serving.
